ABOUT MY CAMPAIGN
About me
I am Dipmala Chowdhury, 36 years old. I have two children aged 13 and 9.
My business
I am incredibly good at making all types of tea. I hear the same from others. That is why I would like to start a tea house. I will be the cook, the one who cooks the tea. My sister-in-law will serve the customers and my sister will take care of the finances. We are opening our tea house in a busy, central market in Calcutta. This is where we expect to attract many customers. We are mainly targeting students and young professionals.
My dream
I dream of opening my own tea house and expanding it into a café over time.
My environment
I have been divorced from my husband since 2020 and currently live with my parents. My brother and sister also live here. My parents own a house and sell fruits and vegetables.
My finances
My family is currently living on ₹7000 (€87.50) a month. We expect to make a profit of ₹28,525 (€371) per month in the first year. In the years following, this will only increase as our customer base will grow.
